Woodside Homes Announces Grand Opening of Bromley at Solaire

ROSEVILLE, CA — Woodside Homes announced today the grand opening of its newest community, Bromley at Solaire, located within the thriving city limits of Roseville in California’s Placer County. The modern residences feature 86 single-family homes ranging from 2,166 to 3,473 square feet with four distinctive floor plan options varying from three to six bedrooms and two and a half to four and a half bathrooms. Prices will start in the low $400s.

“We are excited to bring these new homes to the Roseville community,” said Scott Hoisington, Division President of Woodside Homes of Northern California.”We relish the opportunity to be the first home builder to launch in this beautiful master-planned community. The schools, parks, shopping and entertainment available here in Placer County are unparalleled, and we’re proud to bring a diversified portfolio of homes to Bromley at Solaire that appeal to a variety of home purchasers, from singles and young families to empty nesters.”

Bromley at Solaire is conveniently located near boutique shopping at The Fountains, with upscale stores located at the nearby Roseville Galleria. Denio’s Farmer’s Market is nearby where residents can find locally grown produce, along with a plethora of dining and entertainment options. This includes the highly anticipated Topgolf, which is under construction nearby. The three-story premier entertainment and event venue will feature an indoor driving range, food, drinks, music and more.

The residences of Bromley at Solaire were designed by world-renowned architects Bassenian Lagoni of Southern California. Four unique floor plans designed by the award-winning team at Ryan Young Interiors offers buyers the flexibility to personalize their homes with an array of features, finishes and more. The homes offer options such as three-bay garages, granite countertops and oversized kitchen islands with eating bars and stainless steel sinks. In the bathrooms, Woodside is offering free-standing soaking tubs with separate showers that feature engineered marble surrounds and dual sinks.

“This community fully embraces the rich surroundings this region of the country has to offer,” said Hoisington. “In addition to Roseville’s top-rated schools, commuters can also appreciate the short drive to Downtown Sacramento. Outside the city, San Francisco, Napa Valley and Lake Tahoe are all within reach for a short day trip. Roseville alone has over 60 parks, three of which will be featured in the Solaire master-planned community, offering endless bike trails and open space for outdoor adventurers.”

In keeping with Northern California’s lush surroundings, the homes boast green features including energy-efficient SEER 15 air conditioning systems, furnaces with 80 percent efficiency ratings, radiant barrier roof sheathing, dual pane windows and energy-efficient lighting. Residents can enjoy the community’s unique landscaping themes, featuring massive sundial monuments at each entrance.

Bromley at Solaire is easily accessed by Highway 65 and is served by the Roseville City School Elementary School District and the Roseville Joint Union High School District.

Bromley at Solaire model homes are currently open by appointment, with the grand opening slated for February 27, 2016.
